This week’s “5 Minutes with…” covers another fantastic pair of BHZ collaborators, Lynne Gray and Janelle Brooks. Lynne and Janelle are the owners and bakers of The Doughnut Bar in Weymouth. They helped create Objects of Confection No. 1, a Glazed Blueberry Doughnut Ale, and Objects of Confection No. 5, a Blackberry Jelly Doughnut Ale. Both ales were inspired by their amazing creations.
