Pop Up Co-Working Day
Join us for an exciting pop-up co-working event at Barrel House Z! Perfect for anyone flying solo, entrepreneurs, and remote professionals. This is your chance to break out of your home office and connect with like-minded people in an awesome space.
Start your day with coffee, snacks, and plenty of opportunities for connection and collaboration. And if you’re up for it, stick around after the workday wraps up to enjoy some of Barrel House Z’s awesome craft beer with new friends!
When: 10am–5pm (and a little longer for some drinks!)

Power & Peace: A Yoga Event To Support Our Transgender Community
Please join me and my soul sister Trish Hart of @trishhartmindbody on Thursday, March 27 at 6pm at Barrel House Z in Weymouth for a night of POWER & PEACE to benefit the Trans Youth Emergency Project.
The event will begin with an All Levels (Spicy!) Vinyasa Flow led by me, followed by a healing, nurturing Sound Bath and led Meditation by Trish. The combination of energetic yoga practice and transformative sound healing is the perfect antidote for stress and anxiety, and one of the highest forms of self care for both body and mind.
I organized this evening as an ally and a proud mother of a transgender human being not only to raise money for a vital humanitarian organization but as an expression of deep love and support for a community who has the courage to live authentically. Let’s raise our vibration and spirit to send a message of acceptance and support to those who need it most.
Your kind donation of $35 will be used in its entirety to benefit TYEP.
